Stérilisateur à l'ozone 125L

Technical aspects of the 125L Ozone Sterilizer

The great capacity of the sterilization chamber in the 125L Ozone Sterilizer means the device is very productive and the operating costs are very low.

Unique to our product, these characteristics help healthcare facilities manage their costs more efficiently.

The 125L Ozone Sterilizer from TSO3 operates at low temperature and is designed for the rapid sterilization of medical instruments that are sensitive to heat and humidity.

Unlike other sterilizers, the 125L Ozone Sterilizer produces its own sterilizing agent in a generator integrated into the device. The sterilizing agent, ozone, is an effective microbicide, safe for the users and patients, and poses no danger to the environment. Powerful, it rapidly destroys even the most tenacious and dangerous microorganisms.

The potential exceeds all expectations

Instruments Infectious proteins – called prions – are the most recent challenge for current sterilization methods. The only way to ensure the disease is not transmitted from one patient to another, via the surgical instruments infected with prions, is to destroy the instruments by incineration.

TSO3 has undertaken a series of tests aimed at validating the capacity of the 125L Ozone Sterilizer to deactivate prions. As part of the test phase in progress in Britain, TSO3 Has obtained promising preliminary results, with ozone sterilization comparing favourably to the decontamination protocol suggested by the World Health Organization (WHO).

ShémaSimple, economical and safe

Plugged into a regular wall receptacle, the 125L Ozone Sterilizer from TSO3 requires only a few litres of medical quality oxygen and a few millilitres of water to sterilize a complete load of instruments in only a little more than four hours. At the end of the cycle, oxygen and water vapour are released directly into the room in complete safety, and the instruments are ready to be used again.

Superior effectiveness

Ozone sterilization as developed by TSO3 is compatible with a wide range of medical instruments and with the varied materials used in their fabrication. In addition, it stands out from the competition for its superior capacity to penetrate the instruments with longer tubes and very narrow diameters utilized in microsurgery.
