Like a seed that was sown, TSO3 grew and is gradually spreading through the market.Today, the early adopters are carrying a message that is invaluable for TSO3:
This group of innovators from nearly 30 healthcare facilities in North America are also the leaders of opinion, people committed to their professions, who rub shoulders with the members of numerous associations in the field. We are also active in these associations, where we are becoming better known and increasingly recognized.
In parallel, we must adjust to market demands and respond to new challenges. Recent months have allowed us to realize there is a growing need among the clientele for the sterilization of flexible endoscopic instruments, which were formerly rare and sterilized only with ethylene oxide. However, the very recent capacity of another sterilization method imposes on TSO3 an additional necessity from the clientele. We must therefore perfect the work necessary to guarantee the compatibility of this type of endoscope with our process – work that will require time and rigorousness, and slows our sales, but that is no different from the challenges we have already met in the past.
