Richard M. (Ric) Rumble
President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard M. (Ric) Rumble, President and Chief Executive Officer of TSO3 Inc., joined the Company in October 2008. Prior to this appointment, he had accumulated more than 25 years experience within the North American and global medical device industry. His impressive track record in the health care sterilization market, and within the medical device industry, includes delivering significant and sustained revenue and earnings growth, leading successful new commercial strategies, and negotiating and integrating large-scale acquisitions. Mr. Rumble holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and an Honours Bachelor of Science in microbiology and immunology from the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario. Prior positions held by Mr. Rumble include: President of BERCHTOLD Corporation; Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Strategic Diagnostics Inc.; Vice President and General Manager of STERIS Corporation; and President and Chief Executive Officer of MediVators Inc. In addition, Mr. Rumble held a number of domestic and international management positions at 3M Company, including Global Business Unit Manager for Sterile Processing.
Robert F. (Bob) Mosher
Vice-President Global Marketing
Robert (Bob) F. Mosher, Vice-President Marketing of TSO3, joined the Company in January 2009. Mr. Mosher has two decades of senior management experience in the international medical sterilization and healthcare sector. His extensive experience and proven skills in product and brand development enable him to identify and develop new growth opportunities for TSO3's innovative medical instrument sterilization technology in North America and worldwide.
Mr. Mosher has an MBA, Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree, Psychology/Business from Saint Louis University in Missouri. For twenty years he has held a range of management positions in the healthcare sector. These previous positions include: Director, Global Product Marketing, Terminal Sterilization for Johnson & Johnson/Advanced Sterilization Products; Vice President, Healthcare Consumables and Vice President, Intercontinental Commercial Operations with STERIS Corporation; Director of Marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Bausch & Lomb Surgical Inc.; and Director of Marketing for Storz Ophthalmics Inc.
Simon Robitaille
Secretary-Treasurer, Vice President Operations & Research, Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder
An engineer by profession, Mr. Simon Robitaille holds positions of Chief Scientific Officer, Vice President Operations & Research and Secretary-Treasurer of TSO3. He is also the Co-Founder of the Company. Mr. Robitaille heads a scientific team comprised of engineers, microbiologists, chemists and technicians. He is responsible for production and sales service. In addition to a Masters Degree in Science from Laval University, he holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal. He has been involved with ozone and its applications since 1977. He has particular expertise in the design and integration of ozone generating systems for commercial applications, including water treatment plants. He was the construction projects manager at Tecksol from 1981 to 1998.
Marc Boisjoli
Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Marc Boisjoli is Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer for TSO3. Holder of a degree in Actuarial Science from Laval University since 1993, he also completed a Masters in Finance at Sherbrooke University in 1997. Mr. Boisjoli has spent the greater part of his career in the venture capital sector with Innovatech Québec in Quebec City and with Innovatech du Grand Montréal in Montreal. He is also specialized in the area of business financing, valuation of high-tech companies and project analysis.
