ANDRÉ BOULANGER, Director

Mr. André Boulanger, a mechanical engineer by profession, is President of C4Ex Inc., a company active in the export of products and services in the field of construction.  A graduate of Université Laval , Mr. Boulanger first worked in the aeronautical and metallurgical sectors.  Later on, he was involved in setting up and operating of a new company in the plastics field.  He has acted as operations and manufacturing consultant for companies in diverse sectors.  In 1978, Mr. Boulanger joined Tecksol Inc., where he worked as project manager and, ultimately, as President from 1993 to 2000.
