GERMAIN CARRIÈRE, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Germain Carrière holds a law degree from Université de Sherbrooke and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Carrière has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1975, and is also a member of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. He is a member of several boards of directors. Mr. Carrière joined the Corporate Finance department of Lévesque Beaubien Geoffrion in 1979 and held positions of Senior Vice President and President, Customer Services. After holding the position of Vice Chairman, Corporative Strategy, at National Bank Financial Inc. over the recent years, he now holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Desjardins Securities.
