SERGE LAPOINTE, Director

Mr. Serge Lapointe has been a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since 1981.  Mr. Lapointe became an expert in fair market valuation of companies and has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV) since 1992.  After 10 years working in public sector finance, he joined Samson Bélair / Deloitte & Touche as a Financial Management Consultant.  He completed 7 years of his term and, in 1994, left his position of director to join the Solidarity Fund QFL.  He was responsible for investment valuation and consultant with the QFL before taking on the position of investment advisor.
