Mr. BERNARD LEGUBE, Ph.D.

Professor Legube obtained a Ph.D. in Science at University of Poitiers, France in 1983 (specializing in water chemistry) by the acceptance of his thesis entitled « Mechanisms of ozonization of aromatic compounds in aqueous solution».  He completed his postgraduate studies in "Ozonization of phenol and aquatic fulvic acid" at the University of North Carolina in the United States.  He has conducted many research programs on oxidants such as ozone, chlorine, ozone/hydrogen peroxide and ozone/catalyst.  He is the author of several publications on the oxidative mechanisms of ozone.  Professor Legube is Vice President of the IANESCO-CHIMIE Poitiers (Laboratory for Water Analysis and Engineering Consulting Agency).  His consultation services for TSO₃ focus on the oxidative mechanisms of ozone.
