JOCELYN VÉZINA, Director

Mr. Jocelyn Vézina co-founded TSO3 in June 1998 and has held the position of President of TSO3 for the Company until May 2008, when he retired to only remain on the Board of Directors..  Prior to TSO3, he was also one of the founders of Tecksol Inc., an internationally renowned company specializing in water treatment and airport services.  He served as President and CEO from 1973 to 1993.  Under his leadership, Tecksol Inc. generated $20 to $30 million in sales annually and employed a staff of over 300.  Mr. Vézina sat on the Board of the Association de la construction du Québec for 12 years, including more than 4 years as Vice President.  He was also President of l' Association de la construction du Québec-région de Québec in 1992 and 1993.  Between 1994 to 1998, he directed the development of an operational ozone sterilizer prototype and played a key role in the creation of TSO3.
