December 3, 2008

Mr. Mosher has two decades of international senior management experience in healthcare sector marketing and business start-up and turnarounds

Quebec, December 3, 2008 – Mr. R.M. (Ric) Rumble, President and Chief Executive Officer of TSO3 Inc. (“TSO3”) (TSX: TOS), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert (Bob) F. Mosher to the position of Vice-President, Marketing. The appointment is effective January 1,2009. Mr. Mosher has two decades of senior management experience in the international medical sterilization and healthcare sector. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of Director, Global Product Marketing, Terminal Sterilization for Johnson & Johnson/Advanced Sterilization Products.

“In his new position, Bob will be responsible for identifying and developing new growth opportunities for TSO3’s innovative medical instrument sterilization technology in North America and worldwide,” said Mr. Rumble. “We anticipate that his extensive experience in the global healthcare sterilization sector and proven skills in product and brand development will greatly contribute to the Company’s future. Bob brings high level market skill that will be very valuable in the deployment of our business development strategy”.

One of Mr. Mosher’s main priorities as the new Vice-President, Marketing, will be to head the Company’s marketing efforts for its patented Sterizone® 125L Ozone Sterilizer. This innovative product is a safe, economical and environmentally friendly alternative to other low temperature sterilization methods widely in use at many hospitals.

“I am very happy to join the talented and dedicated TSO3 team and am highly enthusiastic about the commercial potential of the Sterizone® 125L Ozone Sterilizer,” said Mr. Mosher. “We intent to support the Company’s development through the implementation of a well targeted marketing strategy, combined with defining and commercializing increased applications of the existing technology platform. These initiatives should have a positive impact on our results, by reducing the sales cycle and opening new market opportunities. This should also increase awareness about our technology’s quality and competitive advantages within the healthcare sector.”

Robert F. Mosher has an MBA, Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree, Psychology/Business from Saint Louis University in Missouri. For twenty years he has held a range of management positions in the healthcare sector. These previous positions include: Director, Global Product Marketing, Terminal Sterilization for Johnson & Johnson/Advanced Sterilization Products; Vice President, Healthcare Consumables and Vice President, Intercontinental Commercial Operations with STERIS Corporation; Director of Marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa for Bausch & Lomb Surgical Inc.; and Director of Marketing for Storz Ophthalmics Inc.

TSO3 is also announcing that Ms Ann Hewitt has left her role as Vice President, Global Sales. “I would like to thank Ann for her contribution to TSO3’s development and wish her much success in her future endeavours,” said Mr. Rumble.

About TSO3

TSO3, founded in Québec City in 1998, specializes in the research and development of innovative, high-performance medical instrument sterilization technology with high commercial potential. The Company's first product, the Sterizone® 125L Ozone Sterilizer, is designed for sterile processing centers in the hospital environment.

In contrast to other methods used, the ozone sterilization process developed and patented by TSO3 meets all standards required by the evolution in sterilization needs, which are: significant costs savings, increased safety for patients and hospital staff, and a "green" environmentally safe process.

The Company believes that its technology represents an advantageous replacement solution to other low temperature sterilization processes currently used in hospitals.

The Sterizone® 125L Ozone Sterilizer is cleared for commercialization by the US Food and Drug Administration and by Health Canada. TSO3 is in commercialization phase for this first product since 2006.
