TSO3 Sells Another Ozone Sterilizer in the USApril 24, 2006Québec City, April 24, 2006 – TSO3 Inc. (“TSO3”) (TSX: TOS) announces another firm sale of its 125L Ozone Sterilizer to a hospital system, which operates more than 70 care-giving sites, including 6 acute care hospitals and 2 outpatient care campuses, as well as numerous clinics, nursing centers, and hospice.This hospital system operates its region’s only Level I Trauma Center, and treats over 2500 trauma patients every year. It has been ranked in the top 35 hospitals in the U.S. by U.S. News & World Report for its programs in urology and cardiac care/cardiac surgery. It was also one of the first hospitals in the country to provide organ transplantation. “This hospital system is nationally regarded for its commitment to patient and worker safety, as evidenced by the safety awards it has received from the JCAHO (Joint Council on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) and the American Hospital Association,” said Jocelyn Vezina, CEO of TSO3 Inc. “This is exactly the type of healthcare system that we anticipated would become early adopters of our technology, which provides an increased margin of safety for workers, patients and the outside environment.
