Loading Carriage

• Optimize volume and configuration of items to be processed.
• Robust rectangular shape allows maximum use of chamber space.
• Removable racks support customized loading options.
• "Quick fix pins" encourage the most advantageous pouch loading.
• Safe for personnel - non-tilt feature prevents tipping, Teflon™ skids minimize effort involved in handling.
• Easy to clean - made of stainless steel.
• Easy to slide into sterilization chamber - Teflon™ skids glide smoothly.

Standard Transport Cart

• Easy to clean - made of stainless steel, can be washed in cart washer.
• Easy to access storage space - includes drawers for spare "Quick fix pins" and rack for additional carriage shelves.
• Easy to maneuver - 4 free-pivoting wheels ride smoothly, lock into position for carriage transfer.

TSO₃ STERIZONE^® Chemical Indicator

• Versatile placement - fits in "window" of anodized aluminum container, in pouches, in wrap.
• Specifications:
  • One-year shelf life.
  • Two rolls of indicator per box.

TSO₃ STERIZONE^® OZO-TEST₃ Self-contained Biological Indicator

• Reliable.
• Uses Geobacillus Stearothermophilus as BI specific for ozone.
• Accurate.
• Self contained for easy handling, precise results.
• Involves no change in BI monitoring procedure.
• Uses a test process challenge device (PCD).
• Incubates between 55°C - 60°C, can incubate in facility's existing incubator from 3M designated for steam BIs.
• Initial readout at 24 hours, final reading in 48 hours.

TSO₃ STERIZONE^® Oxygen Concentrator

In some cases access to USP oxygen can present financial and technical challenges. As an alternative, we offer a standalone unit, the TSO₃ STERIZONE Oxygen Concentrator.

• Oxygen Concentrator meets NFPA 99 requirements
• No O2 tanks necessary
