How the 125L Ozone Sterilizer works:

• Under vacuum, water boils at room temperature to become vapour, and the vapour is admitted into the sterilizer chamber.
• Oxygen is subjected to an electrical discharge in an enclosed space. Oxygen (O₂) breaks down into monatomic oxygen (O) and then re-forms as ozone (O₃).
• Under vacuum, ozone is admitted into the sterilizer chamber.
• Sterilization of contents occurs through oxidation.
• Ozone and water vapour are drawn out of the sterilizer chamber into the catalytic converter.
• Ozone then reverts to oxygen and is vented into the room along with low humidity water vapour.
